Ideal candidates bring senior-level planning experience, proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project, and strong analytical and communication skills to support diverse construction endeavours remotely.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Construction Planner or Scheduler in senior roles.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and lifecycles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and remote collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update master project schedules using advanced planning software.
• Analyze project scope, constraints, and dependencies to create realistic timelines.
• Identify critical path activities and potential scheduling conflicts or delays.
• Collaborate remotely with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders to gather input and communicate schedule updates.
• Perform schedule risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare detailed progress reports and schedule forecasts for management review.
