Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management on large-scale projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management software.
Leadership, negotiation and conflict resolution skills are essential.
Experience managing hybrid on-site and remote teams.

Responsibilities

Oversee all construction operations from planning to handover.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
Ensure health, safety and environmental compliance on sites.
Mentor site supervisors, foremen, and trade personnel.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and regulators.
Implement quality control measures and resolve issues efficiently.
