Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven track record on large-scale commercial or residential projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and codes.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead all construction project phases from inception to completion.
• Oversee site operations and ensure safety, codes and quality compliance.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel for progress.
• Develop and maintain project documentation like reports and change orders.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and regulators for alignment.
• Implement risk management to mitigate hazards and delays.
