Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Civil Project Manager to oversee key infrastructure projects in the Randburg area. This hybrid role combines remote planning with on-site coordination and client interaction to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting quality standards.

The ideal candidate brings a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree, at least eight years of project leadership experience, and a proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil engineering project management.
• Proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage responsibilities effectively in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Oversee project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams through effective communication.
