You will manage all on-site activities, ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, and lead a team of subcontractors and site personnel.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of construction methods, safety regulations, and project documentation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in construction management with at least 3 years in a senior supervisory role.
• Proven track record on large-scale commercial or residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for all phases of construction.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure efficient operations.
• Implement and enforce strict health and safety protocols on site, conducting regular safety inspections and training.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
