Qualifications

• Requires a Civil/Construction management degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of construction management experience, civil infra focus.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee daily site operations and resource allocation.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel to milestones.
• Enforce health, safety and environmental policies on sites.
• Inspect progress, quality, and adherence to specs.
• Identify risks and implement proactive solutions.
• Communicate with clients, consultants and regulatory bodies.
• Control costs, manage variations, approve payments.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards and permits.
• Prepare progress reports and close-out documentation.
