Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum of 10 years of civil engineering project management experience.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and contract administration.
• Pr Eng certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of civil engineering projects including planning, design, procurement, construction, and close-out.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and clients for project success.
• Oversee execution, monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigations.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Lead project meetings (virtual and in-person) and facilitate stakeholder communication.
