You will coordinate trades, enforce health and safety standards, manage site logistics, and deliver regular progress reports to both on-site and remote stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar construction management role.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and standard office applications.
• Ability to work effectively both on-site and remotely, managing a diverse team.
• Relevant trade qualification or a degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all day-to-day on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate and direct trade contractors, consultants, and other project staff to ensure smooth project execution.
• Implement and enforce strict health and safety regulations on-site, conducting regular safety audits and toolbox talks.
• Manage site logistics, including material procurement, equipment deployment, and waste management.
• Prepare regular progress reports, budget updates, and site meeting minutes for both on-site and remote stakeholders.
• Utilize project management software and communication tools for effective coordination between the site and the remote office.
