Jobs 4 All is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead on-site operations for large-scale projects. You will oversee subcontractors, manage schedules, and ensure safety, quality, and budget compliance across industrial sites.

Candidates should have five years in project management within related fields, be fluent with construction drawings and contracts, and be proficient with MS Projects to coordinate multi-hourly timelines and resources. This role may require travel and extended work away from home.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is essential.
• Relevant qualifications in Project/Construction Management preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the fire industry.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, contracts, and technical specifications.
• Experience in large industrial or construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site operations to complete projects safely, on time, and within budget.
• Supervise site personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and labourers.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance on site.
• Develop and update site schedule with project team.
• Monitor progress and report to senior management, addressing delays.
• Manage site logistics and material delivery schedules.
• Inspections to ensure quality and adherence to specs.
• Issuing purchase orders to suppliers, fabricators and installers.
• Track contract programs and ensure compliance with contract suites (FIDIC, NEC, GCC, JBCC).
