Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Site Manager for a premier construction client with a global footprint to lead remote site operations. You will oversee and direct construction activities from a distance, coordinating with on-site supervisors, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain momentum and project integrity.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field and 10+ years of progressive site management experience, with a strong emphasis on safety, scheduling, and cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years progressive experience in site management and construction supervision.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and safety regulations.
• Experience with remote leadership and virtual coordination tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct remote site construction activities and personnel through established channels and site supervisors.
• Monitor progress to ensure schedules, budgets, and quality across multiple sites.
• Enforce health and safety protocols on all sites.
• Coordinate with on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers for resources and procurement.
• Review project plans, method statements, and risk assessments.
• Conduct virtual site inspections and progress meetings with site supervisors and project managers.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and stakeholder communications.
• Drive continuous improvement of remote site management processes.
