Responsibilities include managing project lifecycles, coordinating consultant teams and directing on-site construction activities to meet schedules and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in construction management, quantity surveying, civil or building science — or equivalent practical experience.
• 5–10 years in the construction industry with project and team management exposure.
• Experience managing consultant teams and construction/site teams.
• Working knowledge of the JBCC contract suite and subcontractor appointment contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of construction projects from inception to close-out.
• Lead and coordinate professional consultant teams including architects, engineers and quantity surveyors.
• Oversee construction teams and subcontractors on site to meet programme and quality targets.
