RPO Recruitment's client, a reputable building contractor in Cape Town, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager / Site Agent to oversee multiple building projects and ensure deliveries align with programme, budget, quality and safety requirements.

This role suits a construction professional who has progressed through the ranks in a leading contractor and has extensive experience managing diverse building projects. Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in construction management or related field.
• 10–20 years’ experience in building construction.
• Career progression from graduate or student level into a Contracts Manager role.
• Experience with Tier 1 construction contractors.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee multiple building projects and ensure delivery in line with programme, budget, quality and safety requirements.
• Oversee projects through site engineers and foremen.
• Lead and coordinate with project teams to meet targets and client expectations.

Educación

Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Building Science or related

10–20 years’ experience in building construction

Leadership, planning, commercial and project management
