About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation programs, including base salary structures, incentive plans, and equity awards.
• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure our compensation packages are competitive and align with industry standards.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, life insurance, and other voluntary benefits, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop communication strategies to effectively inform employees about their total rewards package.
• Partner with HR business partners and leadership to provide guidance on compensation and benefits-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant compensation and benefits laws and regulations.
• Manage relationships with benefits brokers, providers, and vendors, negotiating contracts and monitoring service levels.
• Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends, assess program effectiveness, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Lead or participate in HR projects related to total rewards, such as system implementations or program redesigns, particularly those suitable for remote administration.
• Develop and maintain documentation for compensation and benefits policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits administration and design.
• Proven experience in developing and managing executive compensation plans and broad-based salary structures.
• In-depth knowledge of various employee benefits programs (health, retirement, life, etc.) and their administration.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent understanding of relevant labor laws and regulations pertaining to compensation and benefits.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and compensation management software.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment is highly advantageous.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
