Placements24 is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to design and manage SA-wide compensation and benefits programs. The role is fully remote, supporting employees across Mossel Bay and other locations, with a focus on total rewards strategy and compliance with South African legislation.

You will analyse market data, develop salary structures, manage health and retirement plans, and liaise with benefits providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–6 years of compensation and benefits administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of South African labour laws related to compensation and benefits.
• Experience with HRIS and compensation management software.

Requirements
