The role requires strong analytical skills and knowledge of SA compensation practices, with responsibilities spanning job grading, salary benchmarking, and benefits administration. You will collaborate with finance and HR, ensure regulatory compliance, and support budgeting

Qualifications

• Familiarity with employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement funds.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and modeling.
• Understanding of South African labor law and tax regulations related to compensation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively in a remote setting.
