Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 7 years of compensation and benefits experience.
• Knowledge of SA labor laws and statutory requirements.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits management, with a strong focus on program design and administration.
• Demonstrated expertise in executive compensation, sales compensation, and equity plans is highly desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of South African compensation and benefits landscape, including statutory requirements.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and strategically in a fully remote setting.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and deadlines.
