About the Role

Our client, a highly respected and established property development company with a strong focus on commercial real estate, is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Property Developer to lead projects in and around the vibrant city of Stellenbosch, Western Cape. This leadership position requires a seasoned professional capable of managing the entire development lifecycle, from conception and feasibility studies through to design, construction oversight, and final delivery. You will be instrumental in identifying lucrative development opportunities, securing land acquisitions, managing project budgets and timelines, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, architects, contractors, and local authorities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex commercial development projects and a deep understanding of the Stellenbosch property market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development process for commercial real estate projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion.
• Identify and evaluate potential development sites and opportunities within the Stellenbosch region.

• In-depth knowledge of the property development process, including zoning laws, planning regulations, and construction methodologies.
