About the Role

Our client is looking for a strategic Property Development Manager to lead exciting development projects in the vibrant region of Stellenbosch . You will be involved in all phases of the property development lifecycle, from site acquisition and feasibility studies to design, construction oversight, and sales/leasing. This role requires a strong understanding of the property market, financial analysis, urban planning regulations, and project management principles. Key Responsibilities
