Qualifications

• Professional architect qualification (PrArch) and SACAP registration are required.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in architectural practice, with a focus on commercial property design.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects from concept to completion.
• Strong understanding of market trends in commercial real estate and tenant requirements.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and visualization software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.

Responsibilities
