Qualifications

• Registered Professional Architect with SACAP.

• Expertise in architectural design software, including advanced BIM proficiency.
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate development and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design process for commercial projects from concept through to completion.
• Develop design strategies, create detailed drawings, and oversee project documentation.
• Manage client relationships, consultant coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure designs comply with zoning laws, building codes, and sustainability standards.
