Placements24 is seeking a Senior Architectural Designer in Sandton to lead design from concept through construction documentation for landmark commercial projects. You will collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver architectural outcomes that meet commercial objectives in Gauteng's financial hub.

The role requires a professional architecture degree, 5+ years in commercial design, and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and advanced rendering.

Qualifications

Professional degree in Architecture with a strong portfolio of commercial projects.
Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design for commercial properties.
Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and advanced rendering software.

Responsibilities

Lead the design process for complex commercial architectural projects.
Develop creative and functional design solutions aligned with client briefs and market trends.
