• Admitted Attorney with substantial post-qualification experience in complex litigation.
• Experience leading and mentoring legal professionals in a financial services context.
• Strong advocacy, negotiation, and courtroom presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the litigation portfolio, including civil, commercial and regulatory disputes.
• Develop and implement comprehensive litigation strategies to achieve favourable outcomes.
• Lead and coach a team of in-house litigators and paralegals; manage external counsel for cost-effectiveness.
• Provide legal advice to senior management and report to the board.
