Placements24 is seeking a Senior Commercial Leasing Executive to lead leasing for a diverse portfolio in Randburg, Gauteng. You will source prospective tenants, negotiate lease terms, and cultivate landlord-tenant relationships to optimize occupancy and rental income.

The role requires proven success in closing commercial lease transactions, deep knowledge of the Randburg market, and strong communication. Travel within the area may be required as part of tenant outreach and property tours.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing or brokerage.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills in lease transactions.
• Deep knowledge of Randburg commercial real estate market.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; client service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental revenue in Randburg properties.
• Identify and pursue potential tenants through outreach, networking, and marketing.
• Conduct property tours and present leasing opportunities to prospective clients.
• Negotiate lease terms and conditions achieving favorable outcomes while maintaining good tenant relations.
• Prepare leasing proposals and market analysis reports.
