Placements24 is seeking a Senior Real Estate Transaction Manager to lead and manage complex real estate transactions for a large Randburg portfolio. The role requires strong negotiation, legal, and financial acumen and is on-site in Randburg, Gauteng.

You will oversee all stages of the transaction process, coordinate with counsel, finance, brokers and advisors, and provide strategic guidance across business units. A senior professional with 8+ years of experience is ideal.

Qualifikationen

• Requires a law degree (LLB) or a Master's in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in managing complex real estate transactions, preferably in corporate real estate or law firm environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in real estate contract negotiation, due diligence, and closing procedures.

Aufgaben

• Manage and execute a high volume of diverse real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing.
• Lead deal structuring, negotiation and documentation for all real estate transactions.
• Coordinate with internal legal counsel, finance teams, brokers and external advisors to ensure seamless transaction execution.
• Conduct and oversee due diligence processes and identify/mitigate risks.
• Develop and manage transaction budgets, timelines and project plans.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and corporate policies.
• Prepare and present transaction proposals, updates and reports to senior management.
• Maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers and lenders.
• Oversee the closing process and post-transaction integration activities.
• Provide strategic advice on real estate matters to business units.
