Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an accomplished Senior Legal Associate with extensive experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts. This fully remote role supports a large network of partners, suppliers, and clients, overseeing the entire contract lifecycle from drafting to termination.

The ideal candidate holds an LLB or equivalent, is admitted as an Attorney/Advocate, and has 7+ years of relevant experience, with strong drafting, negotiation, and risk-management skills.

Qualifications

• LLB degree or equivalent required.
• Admission as an Attorney or Advocate with practicing certificate.
• 7+ years drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts incl. MSAs, SOWs, NDAs.
• Manage contract lifecycle from request to termination.
• Provide legal advice on contractual terms, risks, and obligations.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, finance, and operations teams.
