Qualifications

• Senior level experience in Credit Control processes.
• Ability to analyse complex payment issues and devise solutions.
• Strong collaboration with key stakeholders across teams.
• Proven track record in driving cash collection and reducing aged debt.
• Proficient in Excel and related financial tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily/monthly cash targets and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with Head Collections and Team Managers on initiatives.
• Promote effective communication and high service levels.
• Champion GETPAID adoption and day-to-day ownership.
• Manage credit limits and aged debt profiles for customers.
• Lead targeted improvement calls with sales when needed.
• Prepare monthly credit reports and cash forecasting.
• Oversee team meetings, 1-2-1s, and performance plans.
