Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a Debtors Controller, Accounts Receivable or Credit Control environment.
• Proven experience managing collections and reconciliations.
• Strong understanding of debtor management and account maintenance.
• Intermediate Excel skills: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reconciliations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage debtor accounts and ensure collections are within terms.
• Monitor debtor age analysis.
• Allocate payments and reconcile customer accounts.
• Investigate and resolve account queries promptly.
• Prepare reconciliations and supporting documentation.
• Deliver invoices and maintain accurate records.
• Follow up on outstanding balances and unallocated receipts.
• Monitor payment trends and identify risks.
• Produce collection and debtor reports for management.
• Build relationships with clients through regular communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with controls.
