Codematch in Cape Town is seeking a Debtors Manager to lead a high-performing debtors function within a complex finance environment. You will drive cash collection, optimise debtor processes and deliver exceptional client service while reporting to senior finance leadership.

You will recruit, coach and develop the team, partner with Operations and HR, and implement improvements to protect company working capital and financial health.

Qualifications

• A Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities are essential.
• Leadership and stakeholder management experience within finance are required.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Debtors team
• Drive effective cash collection and minimise outstanding debt
• Monitor the full debtor age analysis and ensure accurate allocations
• Oversee client onboarding and credit approval processes
• Produce management reports and debtor performance analyses
• Support audit requirements and ensure financial controls
