Job summary

Visa is seeking a Sr. Consultant, Client Success based in Johannesburg. You will own the post-sale Client Services relationship for a portfolio, delivering operational solutions to grow client business and promote product adoption.

You will partner with Sales and Product teams to drive value, deploy client support strategies, and ensure readiness with automated tools to enhance the client experience. Hybrid work arrangement applies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of new Visa products by coordinating Client and Visa teams to maximize adoption.
• Ensure client goals and success metrics are understood.
• Develop client education materials and webinars to communicate Visa rules and updates.
• Lead operational reviews with clients and Visa stakeholders.
• Escalate major incidents as needed and coordinate crisis response.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve client experience.
