Job summary

Visa is seeking an Analyst, Client Success based in Johannesburg to manage operational relationships and support a diverse client portfolio. You will work with internal teams to deliver a seamless, high-quality client experience and help identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

You will leverage data to resolve issues, drive adoption of Visa products, and contribute to automation and self-service tools while collaborating across countries and time zones.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD).
• Experience in a client support or client relationship management role in financial services, payments, software or information services.

Responsibilities

• Support client implementation of new Visa products by coordinating with client teams and Visa stakeholders to accelerate readiness activities and maximize product adoption.
• Provide prompt, accurate and consultative support for client inquiries, acting as a client advocate and ensuring issues are managed through to resolution.
• Proactively engage clients to identify needs, resolve operational challenges and improve the overall client experience.
• Drive and deliver initiatives that improve client adoption and effective use of Visa's self-service tools.
• Build effective working relationships with Client Services colleagues and cross-functional subject matter experts to resolve client issues and optimize client performance.
