Job summary

Visa is seeking a Consultant, Client Success to own the post-sale operational relationship for clients and provide support to grow client business. You will advocate for the client, drive adoption of Visa products, and align with Sales and Product to deliver value.

The role emphasizes using digital tools and AI to enhance client experience and efficiency. In this hybrid role, you will lead client success initiatives, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and conduct regular operational reviews

Qualifications

Experience analyzing data and translating findings into actionable business recommendations.
Experience in using standard Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Experience in building client relationships and creating trust-based relations.
Experience in communicating complex technical terms and/or processes in business language tailored to client.

Responsibilities

Oversee the implementation of new Visa products the Client purchases by coordinating key Client and Visa teams to expedite implementation readiness activities.
Ensure Client operational goals and success metrics for their overall Visa product landscape are understood.
Build and sustain a trusted client advocate status with key client stakeholders by proactively executing against forward looking Client Success Plans.
