Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree.
• Experience in a client support or client relationship management role in financial services, payments, software, or information services.
• Experience in using data to develop business solutions and provide sound analysis.
• Experience in communicating technical terms and processes in business language to clients.
• Experience in achieving results as part of a team across countries and time zones.
• Digital fluency, including comfort using AI-enabled productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with client teams and Visa stakeholders to accelerate readiness activities and maximize product adoption.
• Provide prompt, accurate and consultative support for client inquiries, acting as a client advocate and ensuring issues are resolved.
• Proactively engage clients to identify needs, resolve operational challenges and improve the client experience.
• Drive initiatives that improve client adoption and effective use of Visa’s self-service tools.
• Build relationships with Client Services and cross-functional experts to resolve client issues and optimize performance.
• Use data and insights to understand client needs, identify trends and support value-driven solutions.
• Communicate technical terms and processes in clear business language for client audiences.
• Partner with clients to understand priorities, support value realization and achieve business objectives.
• Develop and support measurable action plans to address client needs and strengthen performance.
