Qualifications

• Proven end-to-end client relationship ownership with a track record others can name and cite outcomes.
• Experience leading multi-workstream engagements with cross-functional delivery teams to keep timelines.
• Ability to engage senior marketing executives without a technical co-pilot and advocate for client needs.

Responsibilities

• Own every client relationship from signature through renewal and ensure momentum.
• Drive retention and conversion by embedding recurring engagements from kickoff.
• Maintain cadence with weekly client calls, status updates, and live progress trackers.
• Coordinate a delivery pod (senior strategist, writer) to deliver aligned outcomes for each account.
• Own the narrative and reporting, translating strategy into business results for clients.
• Identify blockers early and escalate risks with proactive, practical solutions.
