• Excellent investigative, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency in claims management software and standard office applications.
• Ability to conduct on-site inspections and accurately assess vehicle damage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
