Job summary

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in civil structural engineering, ECSA registration, and strong software skills in STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, ETABS, and AutoCAD. Relocation support may be available for exceptional candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
• ECSA registration: Pr Eng or Pr Tech Eng.
• 8–10 years of progressive civil structural experience in infrastructure.
• Proficiency in STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, ETABS and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of SANS and relevant codes; leadership and communication.
• Experience in budgeting and schedule management.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed structural analysis and design of civil structures using STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, or ETABS.
• Review designs for compliance with codes and client requirements; prepare technical reports.
• Supervise construction activities, manage timelines and resources, and coordinate with teams and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers and liaise with clients and regulators to ensure project success.
