Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney with a minimum of 6 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Proven experience in trial advocacy and courtroom procedures.
• Strong understanding of civil procedure rules and legal principles.
• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters from commencement to resolution.
• Draft legal pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.
