Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of commercial litigation cases, including strategy development, evidence gathering, and trial preparation.
• Draft and file legal pleadings, motions, and other court documents accurately and timely.
• Represent clients in court hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and settlement conferences virtually.
• Conduct witness examinations and cross-examinations as required.
• Provide strategic advice to clients on litigation risk and dispute resolution options.
• Collaborate effectively with legal teams, experts, and clients in a remote environment.
