Job summary

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Professional registration with ECSA as a Professional Engineer (Pr.Eng) or Technologist (Pr.Tech.Eng).
• Minimum of 8 years of post-graduate experience in civil engineering with focus on transportation and road design.
• Experience managing road infrastructure projects of varying scales.
• Proficiency in road design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, Civil Designer, MX ROAD or similar.
• Strong understanding of pavement design, materials and construction methods.
• Familiarity with traffic analysis tools and methodologies.
• Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of South African transportation policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage transportation engineering projects from inception through to construction, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
