Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in land development and site engineering.
• Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng) registration with ECSA.
• Strong knowledge of land development regulations and municipal standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil design for land development projects, including site grading and road layouts.
• Prepare detailed engineering designs, drawings, calculations, and specs using Civil 3D and related software.
• Coordinate with surveyors, architects, enviromental consultants, and contractors for integrated delivery.
• Manage approvals with local authorities and utilities.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure design compliance and quality standards.
• Oversee installation of bulk earthworks, roads, stormwater, and utilities reticulation.
• Manage project budgets and timelines for civil components.
• Prepare tender documents and evaluate contractor proposals.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and environmental regulations.
• Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance.
