Qualifications

• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in chemical process engineering, design, and project execution.
• Expertise in process simulation software (Aspen Plus, HYSYS) and P&ID development.
• Proven experience in process safety management and risk assessment methodologies.
• Strong understanding of reaction engineering, separation processes, and control systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptual design and detailed engineering of new chemical processes and plant modifications.
• Optimize existing processes to improve yield, reduce energy consumption, and minimize waste.
• Conduct process simulations, feasibility studies, and economic evaluations for capital projects.
• Develop and manage PHAs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams and operational staff.
• Prepare technical specifications, vendor documentation, and commissioning plans.
