Job summary

The Hiring House is seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist to lead enterprise transformation initiatives in Gauteng, South Africa. You will develop change strategies, assess impact, engage stakeholders, and drive adoption across functions.

Applicants should have at least 8 years in organisational change management, with PROSCI certification preferred, and a proven track record of supporting large-scale programmes and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years' organisational change management experience.
• Proven experience supporting enterprise-level transformation programmes.
• Strong experience across: Change impact assessment, Stakeholder engagement, Communication strategy, Business readiness, Training and enablement, User adoption, Transition management, Change resistance management, Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent facilitation, influencing and relationship-management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple change activities within a complex transformation environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans aligned to enterprise transformation objectives.
• Conduct change impact assessments to identify how transformation initiatives will affect people, processes, systems and business units.
• Develop and implement effective stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Develop clear and targeted communication strategies and plans for different stakeholder groups.
• Assess and monitor business readiness throughout the transformation lifecycle.
• Develop change-related documentation, including impact assessments, readiness assessments, communication plans, training plans and adoption metrics.
• Track and report on change progress, risks, adoption and readiness to programme leadership.
• Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers to help them effectively lead change within their teams.
