Confidential Client in Pretoria, Gauteng seeks an experienced Senior Consultant specialized in Change Management to guide major organizational transformations. You will lead readiness assessments, design communication and training programs, and collaborate with project teams to embed change activities into project plans.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), at least 5 years in change management or OD, and proven ability to drive adoption and employee engagement on-site

About the Role Our client, a leading management consultancy, is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant specializing in Change Management for their practice in Pretoria, Gauteng. This role is critical for guiding clients through significant organizational transformations, ensuring smooth transitions and sustainable adoption of new strategies and structures. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of change management methodologies, excellent communication and facilitation skills, and a proven ability to manage complex change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans tailored to client needs.
• Conduct change readiness assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify potential challenges.
• Design and deliver engaging communication and training programs to support change initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and focus groups to gather feedback and build buy-in.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change interventions, making adjustments as necessary.
• Advise senior leadership on strategies for managing organizational change and fostering employee engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master\'s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related consulting roles.
• Demonstrated experience in planning and executing large-scale organizational change initiatives.
• Proficiency in various change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter\'s 8-Step Process).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Pretoria, Gauteng, with occasional travel within the province.
