Job summary

CBRE Excellerate is seeking a Grade A CCTV Controller to ensure the control room operates efficiently, maintain continuous CCTV surveillance, and support access control procedures. Applicants should have PSIRA Grade A, Matric, and SASSETA qualifications, with 3–5 years in security environments, especially in ESTATE contexts.

Qualifications

• PSIRA Grade A registration required.
• Matric / Grade 12 with certified copy.
• SASSETA Level 4 credits in control room operations and reporting.
• Excel/Word/Office proficiency is advantageous.
• Security reporting and documentation experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Maintain continuous CCTV surveillance and monitoring of designated areas.
• Conduct CCTV investigations and provide accurate information and reports.
• Manage access control procedures including wharf side access.
• Prepare clear security reports and maintain records.
• Liaise with contractors for security and control room equipment.
• Operate across multiple control room functions and handle inquiries.
