Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role within catering or hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with event setup, execution and breakdown.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Must reside in Centurion or willing to commute.
