• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Physical stamina to handle event setup, service and breakdown.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food service environments.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of catering staff, including servers, bartenders, and setup crews, ensuring adherence to service standards.
• Oversee event setup, ensuring venues are prepared according to client specifications and company standards.
• Manage on-site service during events, ensuring seamless execution of food and beverage service.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and logistics teams to guarantee timely delivery and proper presentation of food.
• Train new staff members on service protocols, safety procedures, and client interaction.
