Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end coordination of catering services for all assigned events.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, understanding their needs and translating them into successful catering plans.
• Develop detailed event timelines, menus, and logistical plans in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Liaise closely with the Head Chef and culinary team on menu development, ingredient sourcing, and production schedules.
• Coordinate with the service staff to ensure flawless execution of food and beverage service during events.
• Oversee budget management for catering aspects of events, ensuring profitability and adherence to client budgets.
• Conduct site inspections and client walk-throughs to ensure venue readiness and service flow.
• Address any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally during event execution.
• Manage inventory of catering supplies, equipment, and linens, ensuring adequate stock and proper maintenance.
• Conduct post-event follow-ups, gather client feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement processes.
