Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in event catering with strong client management and execution focus.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage trends, service styles and presentation.
• Proficiency in event planning software and standard office applications.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Highly organized and meticulous approach to event planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of diverse catering events, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Conduct client consultations to understand event requirements, theme and budget.
• Develop customized menu proposals with the culinary team.
• Oversee event setup, including décor, table settings and AV requirements.
• Manage on-site catering staff with clear direction and high service standards.
• Coordinate with vendors for rentals, entertainment and other needs.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene protocols throughout service.
