Senior-level candidates who can own case coordination, resolve scheduling challenges proactively and ensure consistent service delivery are preferred. Fully remote from South Africa with US business hours alignment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in client-facing case coordination or healthcare operations.
• Senior-level experience managing complex schedules and multiple cases.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients, families and providers.
• Experience with CRM systems, scheduling platforms or case management software.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently and make decisions.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and maintain client schedules, ensuring provider availability and coverage for ABA services.
• Act as primary point of contact for clients, families and providers on scheduling and service queries.
• Manage schedule changes, cancellations and provider availability to minimise disruptions.
• Track active cases and ensure follow-up on scheduling or service issues.
• Maintain accurate client records and case notes within company systems.
• Collaborate with clinical, administrative and operational teams for coordination.
• Generate reports, trackers and support administrative projects.
• Utilise CRM, scheduling and case management systems to improve service delivery.
• Identify scheduling conflicts or service gaps and implement practical solutions.
