Qualifications

• Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, negotiation and contract management.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience with ERP and e-procurement platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

This crucial role will oversee the strategic sourcing and procurement of all non-production related goods and services, including IT, marketing, facilities management, professional services, and logistics. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for all indirect spend categories.
• Conduct market analysis, identify sourcing opportunities, and manage competitive bidding processes (RFx).
• Lead complex negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service level agreements for indirect goods and services.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for indirect categories, from requisition to payment, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs and ensure alignment.
• Monitor supplier performance against contractual obligations and KPIs, driving continuous improvement and addressing any performance gaps.
• Identify and mitigate risks within the indirect supply chain.
• Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and relevant regulations.
• Manage the indirect procurement budget and track savings initiatives, reporting on performance to senior management.
• Stay informed about market trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in indirect procurement.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• A Master's degree or relevant professional qualification (e.g., CIPS) is highly preferred.
• A minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in procurement, with a significant focus on indirect spend categories.
• Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, negotiation, and contract management for a variety of indirect services and goods.
• Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling and data analysis capabilities.
• Excellent understanding of sourcing tools, e-procurement platforms, and ERP systems.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver measurable results.
• Experience working within the FMCG or premium goods sector is advantageous.
