Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking a Senior Business and Process Analyst to lead business and process analysis, proposal management, and sales process design. You will develop strategies to streamline proposal generation and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of processes across the company.

The role requires a BCom or equivalent, a certification in business analysis, at least five years in the field, and experience with African markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in Business and Process Analysis.
• Customer Experience knowledge and experience.
• Experience with working with African markets would be an advantage.
• Excellent understanding of business and process design principles and methodologies and proven track record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement repository for processes.
• Define and implement governance framework.
• Implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing data requirements.
• Provide strategic and operational thinking that enables the group to focus on the big picture.
• Develop management and control systems and frameworks to ensure alignment between business capabilities and strategic goals.
• Assess business holistically and develop the business architecture.
• Develop and validate both current-state and future-state maps with cross-functional teams and/or customers.
• Distill large amounts of complex requirements and data, condense and clearly articulate information for problem solving.
• Define KPIs to measure business performance.
• Document business requirements and processes.
• Translate and simplify requirements.
• Prioritize requirements and create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups.
• Apply best practices for communication and problem solving.
• Research possible software solutions to increase work efficiency.
• Continuously refine data architecture.
